Our program covers a wide range of dangerous scenarios commonly found in attacks against women. These scenarios include but are not limited to chokes, being pulled by your wrist, but also being picked up and carried, as well as an attacker getting you to the ground.

Women’s Self Defense teaches you how to defend yourself by building on your body’s natural reactions to being attacked and giving you the tools – and the strength – to disarm and defeat your opponents. As you train, you’ll build stamina and hone your reflexes until you are a fighting machine.

One of the hardest things about learning self-defense is overcoming your natural instincts to learn new moves.
Women’s Self Defense works with those instincts – such as bringing your hands up to protect your face – and turns them into powerful moves that allow you to defend yourself and drive attackers away.
You’ll learn to use the tools you have and combine them with traditional martial arts and other forms of fighting.
