We love, love, love this karate school. We did the trial first and just really enjoyed the atmosphere and how welcoming everyone was. We enrolled my daughter just before her 4th birthday and they took extra time with her, being she was probably the youngest student. That was about 9 months ago and we are still very happy we signed her up.

My son has been a student here for about 4 months, I love the interaction with the instructors! The staff treats the kids with respect and show them discipline while being amazing role models! I enrolled my daughter in Haganah classes for self defense about a month ago. Within the short period of time that she's been attending the class, I can see a difference already in her confidence and her performance. Mr. Adam, Mr. Joe and Ms. Jackie have all been so helpful both to my daughter and myself. I definitely recommend this place.

We highly recommend this studio! Our 7 yr old has trained here for about 2 years and our 4 year old just began training here. The instructors are very patient, and my 4 year old can be a very wiggly child who struggles sitting still & following instructions. They never lose their patience with him & he is improving at focusing. The 7 yr old listens & follows instructions well, and his instructors acknowledge him. I appreciate them so much!

This place is very fun. Staff is very outgoing and welcoming. The little dragons program is really great for kids. Originally I went with CMA because of the price but then I realized it's really a great place. Other locations want way to much per month for a 4 year old to train. I like how many days you can go. Noticed the schedule they have allow you to go to more days for less than other places. Can't wait to get back at it!

I absolutely love CMA! The instructors are phenomenal with the kids not just in the aspects of martial arts. The sit and talk with them if you’re having problems with school or at home. We’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience here. My daughter has loved it since the 1st day she stepped foot at CMA (2 years ago). I’ve had my daughter try pretty much any sport (ballet, gymnastics, soccer, swimming, basketball, and karate at different place) and it was always a struggle getting her to attend. I believe her weight was a factor as she has been overweight for most part of her life and she hated anything to do with physical activity. 2 years later and my daughter is looking slimmer and much more agile. She’s more involved now than ever being part of 3 different teams. She hates missing any classes, and is very motivated to eventually become a leader/instructor for CMA.
The instructors are wonderful and their personalities are addicting to the kids. I love the energy they transmit and they ensure that every single instructor follows that same positive motto. I’ve yet to encounter a negative experience. I believe they are very fair with the kids in terms of discipline. I’ve seen the impact that the instructors have on all the kids and have seen positive changes in not only my daughter but other kids as well.
If you’re on the fence because of price, every penny spent here will be worth it. I’ve spent much more at other places/sports that have not yielded these kind of results. Wether they help with physical challenges, behavioral challenges, or even social challenges there’s no price that can be set when it comes to your child’s well being.

We've never had any experiences or expectations when it comes to karate for kids. From the first one on one class, my daughter was drawn to it! The instructors are some of the kindest people, and you can tell they really care about these kids. They are genuinely funny, make the classes fun, and listen to them as if they are the most important person they've ever met. How they know all these kids' names is amazing! We are so grateful for finding this place and for what my daughter will be learning and experiencing!
UPDATE! We are past the 2 year mark of attending this school. One thing I saw looking at other karate schools is that you're limited to the amount of time you can go per week, not at this school! They encourage you to be involved as much as you want! We still love this martial arts school! Not only has my child made lasting friendships with a lot of students, but so have I with a lot of parents. This school gives everyone an opportunity to try it out before they make the commitment, which I think is amazing! They make sure the kids are having fun while learning these life-long skills! I still highly recommend this martial arts school and always talk about it with other parents who dont have their kids here! There are plenty of others around us, but we will always travel the 23 minutes to get there because it really is that awesome!

My kids enjoy this dojo a lot. They have been learning a great deal since we switched from a different dojo. They are studying karate and jujitsu. I definitely recommend it.
The only improvement we would suggest is for the sensei to be more strict with the kids and assign their spots before practice, instead of letting them choose where to stand. But still a 5 star school.
